In a c-section delivery, women have to take care of their body a little more. Because, because of the operation, they are attached to the abdomen to cover the cut. These wounds take time to heal. However, the duration of wound healing varies for each woman. Therefore, any type of such work should be avoided. Therefore, the pressure on these stitches was created.

According to experts, women with C-section or Caesarean delivery should not think about exercise at least 6 months after childbirth. Stitches heal to a large extent in 6 months. However, they take much longer to heal from the inside. Therefore, it is not right to force yourself with your body.

Similarly, up to 6 months of age depends entirely on breastfeed. In such a situation, it is very important that the mother eats nutritious food and the child also gets the benefit. Now, in order to lose weight and exercise, helpful diets have to be changed. As a result, there may be a deficiency of nutrients in your body. Therefore, gradually increase your physical activities after 6 months. Take a walk in the morning and evening and make some changes in your diet, so that you can control extra fat and extra calorie intake.

Exercise after normal delivery
It is recommended to do light exercise 6-8 weeks after a natural or normal delivery. However, do walking and kegel exercises initially. Only after consulting your doctor properly should you go to the gym or proceed for a hard exercise.
